I once used PSCS6 on my computer, it was only a 30-day trial though.

I use Pxlr editor. Doesnt Photo shop require payment?

Oh yeah, Pixlr! :3 Le online editor - it's cool.

And yes, Photoshop requires payment.
The standard Photoshop CS6 is $699, but if you're a student or teacher then you can get it from Adobe for 75% off the regular price
