|  RWBY (pronounced "Ruby") is a CG-animated North-American anime-styled webshow created by Monty Oum in collaboration with Rooster Teeth. The controversy of this so-called-'anime' is about whether or not otakus allow it to be called . . well, an anime due to the fact that it was made in America and apparentally ANY big, sparkly-eyed animation or book from anywhere other than JAPAN is not considered an anime or manga. Although it's a somewhat controversial webseries, it's not that bad. It currently seems to have its first season/volume out and has been posted on Rooster Teeth's YouTube channel. In my opinion, it's great for a webshow - lots of effort has been put in with the assumption of a low budget for the anime, but to recommend it as an actual, serious show that one would compare to something like Evangelion or Fullmetal Alchemist is ridiculous in the sense that not many of its features add up to those of proper anime, since Rooster Teeth aren't extreme professionals.I recommend this, however, if you enjoy a little fun show to watch when you're bored on the Internet and possibly plan on becoming a fan!7.5/10!Also, let me know whether or not you agree that RWBY, this webseries, is an anime or not! | |

| As a fan of the show, I'd say it is an anime because of the visual graphics. I would rate it 8/10 instead of 7.5 but that's my opinion. My favorite characters are Ruby, Yang, and Weiss. The music for the show is good and I love all of the episodes, I follow RT's YouTube channel already and they are working on the 2nd volume. | |

Although I have some doubts about the show, in the plot and all, I can't wait for the next volume~! It's such a fun show. :3 My favourite characters are Weiss Schnee and Nora Valkyrie. Weiss Schnee is Snow White in German.  | |
